1.负责部门游戏整体的质量把控,制定测试计划方案、并跟踪实施,监控项目研发中,以及外网的质量,并能及时响应突发问题,深度参与到测试过程中;2.负责优化、提高团队与项目组之间的良好沟通渠道,保证团队整体测试效率和输出质量,能够有效的管理外包;3.综合分析部门整体业务中长期测试需求, 提前暴露测试难点与风险,并对应梳理和提升测试团队整体专业能力及工作效率;4.熟悉业务,监控项目进度并培养测试专员,参与项目全部研发阶段,并把控测试各关键点的质量;5.深度参与到测试过程,参与制定各阶段质量要求,输入各项质量报告。

岗位要求

1.了解至少一门开发或者脚本语言者优先:C++、C、Python、Lua等;2.有全局观,对质量体系、流程、测试风险把握、测试范畴的定义有很好的理解和应用,具有移动互联网相关经验(Android、iOS)尤佳;3.优秀的执行力和抗压能力,热爱游戏测试,思维敏捷,逻辑紧密,具有良好的沟通表达能力(英文)尤佳,以及良好的职业素养和团队合作意识,具备较强的风险意识;4.有3年或者以上游戏测试经验,有FPS/竞速游戏项目,或大型AAA项目经验者优先;5.能基于代码层面理解程序实现,进行测试设计、影响面分析和问题跟进者优先。
