- Receive incoming vendor invoices, credit memos and internal expenses for processing
- Setup new vendor accounts as approved by financial controller
- Match vendor invoices to open purchases orders for verification of authenticity
- Match stock purchase invoices against Quantum and assess any price deviations and discrepancies
- Ensure vendor credits are applied correctly to corresponding open invoices by month-end close
- Match monthly vendor statements to account balances and perform account reconciliation as necessary
- Communicate with internal departments to solve queries in a timely manner
- Complete all other tasks that a deemed appropriate for this role, and assigned by the manager

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
- 2-3 years of working in an accounts environment
- Native copywriting skills in Chinese as well as in English, a fluent English speaker
- Self-motivated, teamworking and responsibility, can work under pressure, under tight deadline
- Maintain strong competency working with integrated data system, Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word, Power Point and Excel (, spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files as applicable) as required
- Awareness of Health & Safety legislation and management
