Your Role
1. 提供新机器安装技术指导,提供开机和调试服务,完成调试后现场为客户提供设备维护培训。
2.为客户提供多种型号空气压缩机维修、服务工作、包含年度大修服务、故障诊断处理、机器意外故障的紧急叫修服务,确保机器无故障运行。
3. 书写服务工作记录单、故障诊断报告、年度服务报告等。
4. 收集、反馈客户现场设备运行信息,向客户提供保障机器稳定运行的合理化建议。
5. 通过空气流量测量与测算等,向客户提供节能优化方案。
6. 参加服务工程师技能评定,努力学习专业技能知识,提高自身维修技术水平。
To succeed, you will need
1. 大专或以上学历,机械工程类,电气类专业优先。
2. 至少2年空气压缩机或相关设备服务经验,有过工厂大型设备检修经验及从事过设备类售后服务工作者优先。
3. 有良好的动手操作能力及独立处理现场故障的能力。
4. 优秀的沟通和表达能力。
5. 积极的工作热情和高效执行力
