- Conduct key project promotion, including: Tumor, Thyroid, Hormone, Cardiac, PCT etc., and increase regional sales volume of these related products.
- Support sales team and distributor teams to achieve sales target
- Work closely with sales and distributors, develop and maintain regional TOP/Focus customers, assist with sales and distributors to develop TOP/Focus customers, maintain and improve reagent consumption
- Train and develop resellers, improve reseller's product recognition
- Responsible for marketing campaign, including: hospital meetings, area events etc. to make more customers aware of Roche products.
- Develop and maintain regional speakers.
- Submit weekly report and monthly report
- Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
- Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
- Good command of English in both spoken and written. Good command of MS office software application
- Product & Application Expertise
- Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years Marketing/ Sales or Application experience in a similar industry
