    Job Description

    1. Develop a training team development plan in line with the company's overall objectives and market conditions.
    2. Implement and manage the team development plan effectively.
    3. Achieve annual sales targets by breaking them down into actionable goals, projects, and assigning responsibilities accordingly.
    4. Research market trends, analyze competitors, and make business decisions for the training team or provide support for leadership's business decisions.
    5. Assist team members in advancing the development of key customers and key projects.
    6. Identify job requirements and skill sets for team members.
    7. Coach team members enhance their business acumen and professional skills, fostering team spirit.
    8. Organize internal meetings and workshops within the team to establish a learning-oriented and agile team culture.
    9. Implement effective cost controls and establish procurement strategies in line with company processes, ensuring a reasonable return on investment.
    10. Establish quality standards and monitoring mechanisms for team work. Gather feedback from internal and external clients to drive continuous improvement and optimization of team operations.

    Qualifications

    1. Experience in after market services or training business
    2. Bachelor's degree or above in automotive/transportation or related majors,
    3. At least 3 years of experience in leading a training team of 5 or more people. Experience in leading OE manufacturer training teams or technical support training teams is preferred
    4. Having high market sensitivity, able to study market trends, analyze competitor trends and strategies, develop appropriate training team strategies and business directions, utilize market information and competition analysis, optimize resource allocation, and lead training team members to implement strategies;
    5. service product management experience is preferred
    6. English communication skill
    7. Having a strong awareness of cost control, able to establish reasonable procurement strategies based on company processes, optimize input-output ratios, and ensure that the training team operates efficiently within the scope of cost control;
    8. Strong pressure resistance, adaptable to flexible work schedules and frequent business trips.
    9. Low-voltage electrician certificate, senior technician or automotive maintenance engineer qualification is preferred

    Working Location: Shanghai or Beijing

    Travel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequency
