- Written and verbal language skills for business use: Mandarin (Advanced) and English (Advanced).
- 2+ years of logistic and supply chain or warehouse management experience in a medium-large scale corporate environment.
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Confident user of more advanced Excel functions such as If Statements, Lookups, Pivot Tables etc.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
- University bachelor's degree or above.

The Opportunity
Based in the heart of the city in Shanghai, you will be responsible for sales support, logistics and supply chain. This is an exciting role where you will work across multi-channels of sales. You will be leading sales order processing and reconciliation you will also be troubleshooting inventory and delivery issues and resolution, escalate to management where relevant.
