- Maintain and optimize production process of assembly line label, laser marking, silicone, staking and EOL1) ECU programming and testing.
- Evaluate feasibility of new process equipment/fixture.
- PDS Management for Change Requests via MKS and Implementation
- Problem solving via systematic method, PDCA, A3, 8D, PSS
- Involvement in Production Meetings ( Morning call, Point CIP) to continuously improve and stabilize Production Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Downtime, Output, Cycle Time, FPY, Change
- Over Time, Scrap, Quality loss, ...)
- Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity, quality and to reduce TA loss/scrap/failure costs
- Implementation/Use of tools & methods in daily work ( Poka-Yoke, Point CIP and 'PDCA' process, A3, PSS, 8D-Report, others)
- Type data setting according to BOM and PDB.
- Actively manage and support production line Ramp-up
- Drive and coordinate production improvement projects
- Line responsibility and troubleshooting on shop floor
- Responsible for assigned process improvement
- Tooling and fixture maintenance and management
- Weekly meeting with manager to review defined topics and tasks status
- Train and coach process technician w/ regular performance review
- On-call and onsite support machine or process issue
- Participate in evaluating feasibility of equipment/fixture related to new product (project). (Cooperation with TEF people)
- According to MKS2) system/EC3) updated process standard, make change record and inform related people.
- Participate in Kaizen4) team (Bosch worldwide) meeting.
- Accept the assignment from section manager.

- 2). MKS means software revision management software (MKS is software name);
- 3). EC means Engineering Change/EC
- 4.) Kaizen means "continuous improvement" which derived from Japanese/Kaizen
