- Supplier development and overall RPP project management
- Evaluate cost reduction potential and implement accordingly in cooperation with colleagues in China and overseas
- Develop new components for PEP projects
- Support PUR/-Q team to optimize supplier base, improve supplier quality and flexibility
- Ensure the implementation of SQM process
- Standardization & optimization of purchasing process
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar area, hydraulic background as a plus
- Strong project management experience in international company for manufacturing or Automotive industry or technical experience of machining in related areas
- Fluent in English as basis, German as plus
- Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
- Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests
- Honest, high degree of self initiative and persistent working attitude
- Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP
