- Develop a category recruitment strategy by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining new products' value proposition.
- Identify, recruit, cross launch and support sellers of various types to execute on aggressive growth plans.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of Amazon's partners in order to provide them with consulting advice to grow their business.
- Coordinate and lead project with cross function teams and deliver result with stakeholders
- Work with teams within Amazon worldwide by feedback CN selling partners experience during project implementation and postlive support phases to drive product/program improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like ecommerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutionsfocused approach or equivalent
