您的角色 :
管理发展店铺所有员工,建立员工高质量地服务标准,提供客户发展相关资源技巧;进行销售数据分析,突破市场机会点,和物业建立良好合作关系。根据公司标准完成店铺行政运营工作。
岗位职责
1. 负责管理店铺所有销售运营事务,确保团队在符合公司服务标准以及零售运营标准下完成销售任务;
2. 搭建优质的服务体系,对于店铺或者区域顶尖客户可以一起协助员工完成服务流程;
3. 理解店铺各项KPI,并可以从数据中找到销售增长机会点并落地方案;
4. 从销售技能,市场知识储备,职业软技能等多维度培养店铺的每一个员工;
5. 了解店铺货品库存动态,积极和商品部保持沟通,确保商品销售优势;
6. 制定、分配定性定量指标,并通过分析销售业绩、每月活动及年度评估等方式确保指标的达成;
7. 参与多部门协调确保店铺正常运营,其中包括但不仅限于:HR; Finance; IT; Logistics..
8. 了解周边市场动态,配合零售经理获得更多的商场资源以利于店铺销售;
任职资格
大专及其上学历;8年以上的相关奢侈品牌管理工作经验; 对于运营数据敏感,能理解工作常用KPI; 具有独立的管理能力和沟通能力; 英语阅读能力和书写流利,口语能进行简单的交流; 热爱时尚行业,对自己的工作充满激情; 熟练掌握办公室软件及excel等工具软件;
