岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
• Analyse the customer, platform and legal requirements, requirement transformation from vehicle to components.
分析客户,平台项目和法律法规需求,车辆级别到控制元件需求转换
• Distribute system requirement to domain(HW, SW, ME, etc.) requirement
系统级别需求分解到硬件,软件以及结构等
• Lead or support DCU, drive system or vehicle benchmarking
领导或者支持驱动控制单位,驱动系统或者车辆竞品分析
• Lead or support Innovation project including cooperation with GB, CTG, PRM and ENG team
领导或者支持创新项目,包括与别的事业部,财务,产品经理和工程团队的合作
• Perform or support drive system and vehicle safety and security analysis
执行和支持驱动系统和车辆安全性分析
• Specify, perform and review interfaces between different units or modules

• Specify and review system design specification

• Join system integration, qualification, safety relevant test

Qualifications
1. 教育背景:本科或以上学历,电气工程、电力电子、电机与电气及相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above in electrical Engineering power electronic , m otor and
electrical and related major
2. 工作背景:至少3年电驱动系统工作经验等;
At leas t 3 years ' experience in electrical drive system , familiar with motor control
embedded system power electrics, etc.
3. 英文:CET-4级以上
CET-4 or above.
4. 软件:熟练需求管理和常用测试软件
Doors, DNG, CANoe, INCA
5. 能力要求:
• 良好的沟通表达能力,具有灵活性,善于解决问题;
