For Mobility Customer Service SHL18 in Shanghai, we are lookingfor Service Engineer to shape the connected Mobility with us.

Whatare your responsibilities?

·Being the interface toclient's dispatchers in OCC, Rolling Stock, DCC

·Allocation of rollingstock to maintenance according to schedules and issue return of the rollingstock to service including any restrictions of use

·Checking theverification documents concerning the maintenance performed and the release toservice with staffs in maintenance group

·Check to ensure thework done on the rolling stock corresponds to the work order

·Ensuring the capabilityof assessing damage patterns on a rolling stock to be able to order maintenancecorresponding to the extent of damage

·Passing on to allparties involved information about the return to operation, including relevantrestrictions on use

·Transferring essentialinformation appropriate to the individual order to the maintenance schedule,material and spare parts lists, listing applicable regulations and technicalspecifications

·Recordingand archiving all the issued work orders, including the relevant restriction onuse

Whatdo you need to qualify forthis job?

·More than 5 years' work experience, and has college degree orabove;

·Has a good knowledge inthe process of depot work control;

·Basic knowledge ofmetro, Light rail train in rolling stock;

·Be able to spoken andwritten English language;

·Good oral English towork with global colleagues.
