As a member of the Regional IT team, participate and contribute to the execution of the overall IT strategies to ensure Global IT maximizes its short, medium and long term value to its customers
Formulate and implement plans in line with Global IT strategies in order to meet the needs and objectives of SBUs / Corp Function / Shared Services represented within the region
Closely work with local business/functional leadership in country to contribute IT and cybersecurity strategies and align their business strategy with IT and cybersecurity strategies, timely provide feedback and expand per the local requirements
Lead regional implementation of global projects10%2Function Management
Create and manage robust operations review processes, maintaining service levels objectives and continuous improvement initiatives across IT infrastructure solutions and services
Establish and lead an effective operational team, integrating key infrastructure related contacts with appropriate supplier representatives, as appropriate
Participate in or lead as PM for business/transformation projects with the businesses, such as refresh and consolidation strategies and infrastructure and cybersecurity technology rollouts
Ensure that infrastructure (networks, datacenters, servers, storage, cloud and etc.) and cybersecurity (e.g. data loss) incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner, minimizing disruption to business operations and adhering to SLAs on availability and resolution response times
Ensure businesses are aligned with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity processes and are utilizing appropriate support and management tools (Global Service Center, Virus Protection, etc...)
Optimize the delivery of existing and new services and support the continuous improvement of the infrastructure/cybersecurity architecture and design
Perform infrastructure asset (hardware, software and related infrastructure technology) assessments to determine their applicability and value for the enterprise
Ensure execution of firm enterprise, IT and Cybersecurity policies across the GC infrastructure team
Facilitate collaboration and influence with application architects, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity engineers, systems administrators, and other technology specialists in project and strategy implementation
Participate or lead in regional IT/cybersecurity/ISO27001:2013 audit activities and follow-up for closing the findings
Participate in change management
Establish close collaboration within and across teams to achieve service objectives
Safeguard quality of the delivered service by checking the impact of the proposed changes before the implementation
