你的主要职责是提供客户服务和为公司创造收益。你将作为客户和行业专家之间的中间桥梁。在办公室完成 New Joiner Academy 和初步培训后,你将开始处理你所对应的客户的专家搜索需求。
特别地,作为日语的客户服务专员,除了我们全球的客户对日本专家的搜索需求外,你将同时服务于我们中国和日本市场的500强企业客户,同时还会协助我们日本市场的销售经理一起做销售提案,争取新的商业机会。
