Ensures products received or produced meet technical specifications. Works under moderate supervision.
Verifies the final quality of products on the production line.
Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
Separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measurement techniques and equipment.
Documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems.
Trains others in the use of measurement equipment, segregation of non-conforming product and documentation.
Follows the norms and standards of quality defined by the Company.

Quality Process Management - Applies and manages methods (e.g. SPC, Capability studies, Layered Process Audit, inspection, test) to ensure quality of Cummins products, processes, and services.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Requirements for the Position:
Technical secondary school or above, min. 3 yearsrelated work experience.
Work carefully, good professional ethics.
Can read engineering drawing.
Can familiar to use caliper, micrometer and dialindicator.
Has mechanical components inspection experience . Canuse measure equipment CMM、Profile Measuring Instrument 、Roughness Tester preferred etc.
Has casting(HT&QT) metallographic inspectionexperience preferred.
