- Define HPW standard / PD and test plan
- Responsible for all technical issues in product development
- Coordinate and lead project team in design and technical issue review
- Make proto-type machine according to approved design
- Coordinate local & global project team to start up mass production
- Follow up and resolve issues related to design
- Implement NAPD project plan and test plan in required time line
- Convene project technical meeting on a regular base to review project progress
- Verify component 3D & 2D model
- Investigate and approve die casting material and process
- Investigate and approve machining process
- Choose and approve other materials used in the machine or accessory, include plastic, PCBA, rubber and electrical parts
- Ensure test plan on machine and components is implemented and completed according to requirement 确保测试计划按要求执行完成
- Closely follow up and analyze technical issues in mass production and make correspondent design change or improvement according to requirement
- Coordinate project team to define tasks and agree on targets
- Solid knowledge on metal & plastic materials
- Familiar with die casting and injection process
- Knowledge on mould design and molding process
- Knowledge of Fluid Dynamics
- Well knowledge with HPW industry standard, national standard, safety certification.
- Very experienced in Pro/E or Creo software
- Sound knowledge in project management
- Able to work independently and flexible to work time and place.

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or above
- Minimum 6 years' experience in product design preferably in consumer products
- Experience as leader to project development is preferred
