Roles & Responsibility
General Responsible for mold repair shop operation, including,
a. New product development, Work with design team, create artwork and make samples submission until get approval from design team.
b. Support EP, FEP, PP etc. product development milestone at sample preparation and schedule adherence.
c. Process development for new products including manufacturing process, line tooling etc.
d. Document for process. Prepare WI, SOP, F/C to instruct & guide production.
c. Technical support and problem solving in production.
d. Lead cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement projects to support department KPI
Academic & Skill Requirements:
1,Graduated in manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering or chemistry.
2,Working experience/training relevant experience decoration or surface treatment experience at least 5 years.
3,Familiar with surface treatment advantage.
4,Good English in reading & writing.
5,Familiar with computer software in AI, AutoCAD, Pro-E and MS Office.
