The Product Platform department is the Product and new R&D project responsible for Vestas Onshore turbine products development.
Responsibilities
• Ensure projects SAP PPM update in a daily basis for budget of both resource and cost.
• Support with Budget follow-up & control through SAP BI and Power BI system.
• Purchase POs handling in SAP and follow up delivery.
• Facilitation on system wise for project practical's in terms of Risk Management, Project meeting setup, Documentation management etc.
• Other Project tasks defined by project managers. Mance improvement to achieve targets
Qualifications
• Fluent in English communication, writing is necessary.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Capable of mastering of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint and Excel.
• Data processing & analysis experience is beneficial.
• Working period > = 6 month.
Competencies
• Being accountable and taking the ownership to ensure the task execution to the final result.
• Details oriented.
• Open-minded and being open to adapt to business requirement.
• Being active and ready to facilitate unexpected activities in project execution.
