- Support store animation team on communication with internal and external parties for event planning and execution
- Follow up on project timeline, production, logistics, hospitality, sampling.
- Onsite execution and support.
- Daily document preparation, event closing file, payment, event report and PO follow up.
- Communicate and manage different vendors and follow up on progress
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of Public relations/ Brand marketing/ Event experience. With retail prestige industry or leading event agencies is a plus.
- Native mandarin speaker with fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Good communication skills and team-oriented spirit
- Accepts frequent traveling schedules
