• 负责在所在区域内保持较高的客户满意度
• 对所在区域内的服务团队进行行之有效且纪律严明的领导
• 负责培养员工,保证员工充满干劲、持续发展并能实现区域目标
• 将以技术为导向的主管培养成以客户、服务和结果为导向的直线经理
• 负责人员的选择、培训和员工资质的持续认定
• 处理投诉并持续监控客户满意度
• 基于提供的市场分析制定行动方案。为各个服务主管(可能还有不同的产品组)制定业务计划(包括预算规划和预算控制),以便对区域服务部门进行短期、中期和长期控制。
销售
1.服务维修
• 负责所在区域服务部门的销售工作
• 负责和监控销售业绩(包括对销售和退货目标的持续分析和协调)以稳固项目组合(单位和价值)
2.确保重新谈判
• 主动关怀现有客户
• 保护和扩展 KONE 客户的现有维保组合、定价和获利能力
3.稳定 NEB 转换率
• 制定前摄性流程以确保不会打破 NEB 零转换率
• 保护和扩展 KONE 客户的现有维保组合、定价和获利能力
服务运营经理还应确保:
• 服务主管根据精确的维保计划和安排分配装配工。
• 服务主管/装配工和分包商获得法定安全指导。
• 服务主管/装配工和分包商穿戴个人防护装备。
• 装配工按照合同中的约定提供服务。
• 按照约定的日期提供维保。
• 客户事先获知有关维保日期的信息。
• 服务主管妥善地安排紧急服务,包括紧急服务区域。
• 完成技术安全检查,以书面形式告知客户相关日期。
• 从安装人员移交至维保人员的过程有序地进行。
• 持续改进工作流程。
• 参加全国范围的服务管理层会议。
