About the Role
推动AIASH Agency SML 业务发展工作岗位职责
◆ 执行、跟进业务推动和人力发展的方案的实施,达成营销服务部各项指标;
◆ 根据公司的业务发展计划,协调推动各类业务发展项目,例如业务竞赛、增员项目等,确保其有效实施;
◆ 组织各类营销员活动,如事业说明会、产品说明会等,推动公司产能的提升和人力发展;
◆ 组织各种会议,如通过早会、夕会,协助组织业务主管会议,日常、年度等相关策划会等,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流业务经验,协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持;
◆ 激励和辅导营销员:通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求,激励其提升产能;
◆ 编辑、更新、制作营销服务部海报、宣传栏信息,进行职场布置以及相关设施维护,塑造良好的职场文化;
◆ 处理日常事务,确保营销服务部正常运作;
◆ 通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议;
◆ 跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律 跟进营销员和业务主管的资格考试、合约考核和终止;
◆ 安排、处理营销服务部日常事务。
岗位资格
1、大学本科及以上学历,商业管理或销售专业尤佳;
2、5年以上相关工作经验或市场营销和管理经验;
3、优秀的人际沟通能力、领导能力、表达能力、沟通技巧、组织能力、分析技能;
4、客户导向,适应能力,资源优化能力,影响力,沟通能力,解决问题的能力,计划和组织能力。
