Responsibilities
1.Manage and coordinate mRNA drug discovery projects in a multifunctional team
2.Play leading roles in setup and optimization of mRNA production and delivery methods

3.Establish and validate assays/models supporting in vitro and in vivo evaluations of mRNA vaccine, mRNA related gene editing therapies, mRNA-based CAR-T, etc.

4.Analyze experimental data and results, do troubleshooting and make new plans with independency and efficiency.
5.Play active roles in preparing study protocols, reports and other scientific writings.
6.Communicate with client, supervisor and collaborate with coworkers to make efficiency and timeline of projects

任职资格:

Requirements
1..

in biology or a relevant major with >3+ years of working experience in RNA drug discovery or related researches in industrial or academic institutes.

Experience in mRNA therapy focused industrial company is preferred.

2.A broad and integrated knowledge of knowledge of mRNA and other RNA drug discoveries, including drug designs, chemical modifications, delivery systems, in vitro and in vivo evaluations, ADME/PK and toxicology, bioanalysis, bioinformatics for RNA agents.

3.High motivation to embrace new technologies and tools.
4.Hands-on experience in cell biology, molecular biology and immunology, etc.
5.A proven track record of scientific publications on RNA drug discovery.
6.Good management, excellent communication skills and high team work spirits.
7.Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese.
