Responsibilities
1.Design and set up new assays for assessment of oligonucleotides.
2.Manage and coordinate projects in a multifunctional team.
3.Communicate with the internal and external collaborators to meet the performance and timeline as expected.
4.Analyze experimental data and results, do troubleshooting and prepare plans independently.
5.Play active roles in preparing study protocols, reports and other scientific writings.
6.Efficiently communicate with the supervisor and assistants.

任职资格:

Requirements
1..

in biology or a relevant major with >3+ years of experience in oligonucleotide drug discovery or related researches in industrial or academic institutes.

2.A broad and integrated knowledge of antisense oligo, siRNA and other RNA drug discoveries, including design, in vitro and in vivo screening, delivery system, ADME, toxicity studies for RNA agents.

3.High motivation to embrace new technologies and tools.
4.Hands-on experience in cell biology, molecular biology and immunology, etc.
5.A proven track record of scientific publications on oligonucleotides or RNA drug discovery.
6.Good management, excellent communication skills and high team work spirits.
7.Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and Chinese.
