- 1.统招全日制本科以上学历;2.1年以上工作经验,较好的专业功底,业务理解力和数据分析能力(人力资源相关工作经验优先);3.较好的自驱力,学习能力和沟通协调能力,良好的多任务、多角色平衡能力和抗压能力;4.为人正直有韧性,积极主动,较强的责任心和合作态度。
