- Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives and goals of the company.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements related to supplier quality management.
- Ensure the stability of supplier quality in mass production,closedly work with R&D to join the new developing component verification activity,include review DFM of component,inspect prototype,review manufacturing process of the components, check the testing and inspection process at supplier side, review the component's test certificate before design transfer finished.
- Perform quality system and process audits to ensure new suppliers meet the company's quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and work with suppliers to improve their quality and efficiency.
- Provide leadership and direction to the SQE team, including training and development, performance management, and career growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement quality training programs for suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the overall quality cost caused by supplier quality issues
