    Primary Responsibilities/Duties

    l In charge of the Business of FPI Infrared products for assigned area/Segment, in collaboration with sales manager, marketing, application team and Channel partners;

    l Develop new customer base and generate new leads through multiple vehicles and marketing events;

    l Exploit business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets set per segment or product;

    l Conduct regular client visit and proactively promote products and services with solution selling to customers;

    l Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition to potential customers;

    l Provide pre-sales technical support, product delivery, application training, installation and debugging for customers.

    l Establish and maintain long-term customer satisfaction with good service and support, managing & interpreting their requirements and building a strong rapport.

    l 与销售经理、市场部、技术支持团队和渠道合作,负责指定区域/细分市场的FPI红外产品业务并完成指定销售任务;

    l 开发新的客户群,通过多种手段及市场活动发掘新的潜在客户;

    l 不断探索业务机会,完成每个细分市场或产品设定的销售目标;

    l 定期拜访客户,积极推广产品和服务,向客户提供销售解决方案;

    l 创造并完成有说服力的方案演示,向潜在客户清楚地传达产品的价值及独特性;

    l 为客户提供售前技术支持、产品交付、应用培训及安装调试;

    l 通过良好的服务和支持,建立并保持长期的客户满意度,解读客户需求,建立良好的客户关系。

    l Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience required;

    l Major in science and engineering(electronic /automation/ Mechatronic/Materials), or equivalent prior work experiences with infrared temperature products, Acoustic imager, photoelectric sensor, automation, semiconductor, metallurgy, glass or furnace, is preferred;

    l At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

    l Can work under pressure, and being adapt to frequent business trip;

    l Ability to facilitate, manage, and close complex and lengthy sales cycles;

    l Tenacious, charismatic, competitive, and eager to succeed.
