- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
- Be responsible for Quality System's setup, implementation and certification
- Be responsible for Quality Systems' internal & external audit and continuous improvement
- Be responsible for supervising quality policy and objectives
- In charge of quality department management
- Control company product quality Deal with Quality complaints & Issues from customers
- Follow up quality performance
- Be responsible for supplier management system setup, implementation and certification.
- Assist Finalization special characteristics
- Establish and implement corrective and preventive action procedure for controlling improving product quality
- Set up dept' quality objective and training
- Seeking 10 years or more experience in a manufacturing environment, high charisma.
- Hold bachelor degree, majored in Mechanical or related engineering.
- Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949, ISO14000 system requirement
- Familiar with Quality Management tools, such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, CP, FMEA, etc.
- More than 5 years experience in quality control of automotive or electronics industry, and minimum 3 years experience on quality management position
- Familiar with MS-OFFICE
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Good communication and team work
