NETWORK EXPANSION SPECIALIST

In this role you will be responsible for the execution quality of brand network image standard and ensure that dealers can complete construction projects according to the standards. You will also, Manage the progress of project construction, and guide and supervise the whole process of dealer construction until the acceptance is passed. Manage the development and optimization of network image standards, assist in network expansion planning, research and analyze China's power sports market and potential investors. Assist in the recruitment and assessment of new investors/dealers according to the network expansion strategy.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

1. Manage the execution quality of brand network image standard and ensure that dealers can complete construction projects according to the standards.

·Pre-design for the site submitted by dealers, including the facade and interior layout, to ensure that the site conditions meet the brand network requirements

·Review the dealer's design and construction drawings, feedback the rectification requirements, and push dealers or design company to complete the drawings, to ensure that the design proposal meets the brand image standard

·Carry out design disclosure meetings for dealer construction projects, to ensure that dealers and their construction teams fully understand brand image standards

2. Manage the progress of project construction, and guide and supervise the whole process of dealer construction until the acceptance is passed.

·Set up project timeline according to network strategy and dealer intention, follow up on project progress to ensure that the project is completed on schedule

·Supervise and provide technical guidance through site visits or online meetings during the project construction process

·Conduct on-site hardware image inspection and acceptance, to ensure high quality implementation of construction projects

3. Manage the development and optimization of network image standards, design drawings and related guidance documents.

·Carry out mock-up and pilot projects based on the concept design, to ensure the concept design is practical

·Optimize design standards and develop guidelines based on the pilot project implementation experience

4. Assist in the selection and management of facility suppliers such as such as design, PM, signage, furniture, and materials.

·Support purchase team in selecting qualified supplier for facilities such as signage, and furniture.

·Manage the supply cycle of facility suppliers in the process of dealer project construction

·Manage the product quality and site service quality of facility suppliers

5. Assist in network expansion planning, research and analysis of China's power sports market and potential investors.

·Assist in the preparation of the network expansion planning and provide data support

·Analyse the blank city or low-performance city, and search for potential investor resource

·Basing on network expansion strategy, support recruiting potential investor

6. Assist in the recruitment and assessment of new investors/dealers according to the network expansion strategy.

·Collect and assess dealer intention report and proposed location and land/space

·Site visit for interview of potential dealer and location review

·Make selection report according to assessment and site visit to management for decision

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

·Bachelor's degree minimum

·Minimum 10 years experience in network development or building industry as a plus

·Fluent in English (written and spoken)

·Excellent presentation skills, both visual/graphical (PowerPoint) and spoken

·Experience on leading design project is must

·Experience on dealer construction management is must

·Architect/designer with 4S dealer or shopping mall retail is preferred

·Communication and negotiation experience with investor and dealer is preferred

·Good presentation skills, both visual/graphical (PowerPoint) and spoken

·Proficient in Auto CAD, Word, Project is must.

·Highly analytical mind with a high proficiency in Excel, ability to slice and dice data to extract insights, synthesize and communicate findings

·Rendering drawing skill as plus
