描述

1. Responsible for the reverse management of chassis systems of mainstream models at home and abroad

2. Responsible for BOM management of chassis system

3. Responsible for the preparation and management of chassis system related reports

4. Responsible for disassembling task management of chassis system

5. Responsible for promoting the quality control, planning, department coordination and team management of the above related work

6. Responsible for assisting the display and professional construction of the company's chassis in the data system

7. Conducted information collection, vehicle dismantling, signal cracking, performance testing, data reversal and other work on frame analysis, mechanical structure characteristics, functional highlights, new technology and new material application of benchmarking vehicles

1、负责国内外主流车型底盘系统的逆向管理工作

2、负责底盘系统BOM管理

3、负责底盘系统相关报告的制作和管理

4、负责底盘系统拆解任务管理

5、负责推进以上相关工作的质量控制,计划安排,部门协调以及团队管理等工作

6、负责协助公司底盘在数据系统里面的展示和专业建设工作

7、对标杆车框架分析,机械结构特点,功能亮点,新工艺,新材料应用等进行信息采集,车辆拆解,信号破解,性能试验,数据逆向等工作

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience) preferably within electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
5 years+' work experience in chassis development and design, familiar with chassis design and production process, able to identify relevant parts and functions.

Skills & Abilities

Be motivated and has passion to work with global team and localize related process
Strong experience in communicating and coordination, provide related technical support to other function team
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and result driven
Effective leadership and be able to influence core teams through personal motivation
1 year+' work experience in team management and 0-1 to build the team will be plus
Professional English written & oral
