- You advise internal customers in the area of IT Quality Management with a focus on ITSM in regard to processes, automation, and quality topics.
- Evaluate quality-specific new requirements and their impact on the existing processes/landscape; design and execute necessary changes.
- Act as the counterpart for all incoming audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., RIC, ICFR, ISO, and other standards).
- Serve as the point of escalation, review, and approval for key issues and decisions in IT Regulations and Management.
- Schedule risk and compliance audits, review the outcomes audit process; direct compliance issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution.
- Provide guidance on Risk Management.
- Drive IT Assurance (Audits & Remediation - ICFR / RIC, etc.).
- Evaluate and support change requests and optimization for ITSM topics.
- Be the first point of contact for internal customers for the topic of IT Quality Management within the Asia Pacific region.
- Monitor ITSM processes within AP and take actions based on them as part of your tasks.
- Work with national and international teams
- You are proficient in moderation and presentation techniques.
- You have experience in process consulting, process design, analysis, and requirements.
- You have worked in an IT environment before and are familiar with IT Quality/Service Management topics, such as Incident, Problem, Project, or Application Management.
- Your profile is characterized by your customer orientation, analytical skills, quality orientation, as well as communication and teamwork skills
- You have a degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable subject of study and can demonstrate knowledge acquired in practice.
- You have already gained knowledge or certificates for quality requirements and business processes in the field of IT, such as ISO 9001, and maybe even in ISO 13485 and ITIL. 亚太地区IT质量管理工作
