- Lead the development and implementation of new products, the moves of products from one supplier to another one and the improvement of existing products based on quality performances and customer expectations.
- Lead the running range towards the suppliers and secure the supply chain is robust with an effective quality management system, right quality and full compliance to IKEA requirements at all time.
- Responsible for supplier development for quality and manufacturing with a long-term view to identify and implement action of related projects to secure suppliers production can achieve quality, capacity, throughput and cost expectation.
- Responsible for continuously improve the suppliers production processes.
- Lead industrialization of new product development and contribute with competence to other news developments incl. product/production risk assessment.
- Be an IKEA ambassador of IKEA values always and do business with Fact-based Business Leadership. Qualification
- Background in engineering, quality and product/production development.
- Experience in Food industry .
- Solid knowledge of production processes and technologies.
- Good understanding about quality system and compliance related to Food industry.
- Experience in certification and testing globally is a plus.
- Strong communicative skills in complicated environment with multiple stakeholders and be able to handle conflicts.
- Proven experience in supplier management & project management.
- Preferred knowledge of product development tools.
- Proactive approach.
