- Drive the feasibility of clay and digital design models.
- Be responsible and accountable for your designated interior or exterior zone from program conception to robust engineering handover.
- Draw on your own experience as well as communicate and engage with other regional/global engineering and attribute experts.
- Generate and maintain the Concept Sections and conduct 3D layouts as required to define hard points and solutions to the surface development team.
- Filter technical input from engineering and ensure final issued surfaces are aligned with the technical input.

- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, transportation design, mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to concept surface and engineering proposals in CATIA, Alias or other relevant software.
- 3. 5+ years of outstanding design, packaging, and 3D CATIA/3Dx modeling skills
- Familiarity with vehicle layout/package, body and trim, production process, latest automotive trends, regulations, & consumer ratings that guide vehicle product advancements & constraints.
- Hands on experience in narrowing product scope and facilitating decisions on complex product, including leading and presenting to decision making forums.
- Big picture mindset and passion for engineering of innovative, breakthrough, and class leading products.
- Demonstrated experience in design studio procedures and progression, and ability to provide a creative and engineering focus to enable creative vehicle-level solutions & alternatives in support of Design.
