- 维护与中央级/国家部委级政府/在华总部所在地的政府合作和沟通,例如国家卫生健康委员会(NHC)、国家医疗保障局(NHSA)、国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)、商务部(mofcom)、北京市、朝阳区政府等。
- 维护、参与国内外行业组织的联络与合作工作(包括但不限于中国美商会、中国欧商会、中国美先会等国际行业协会的合作,以及与中国医学装备协会、中国社会保障学会等),通过行业协会的合作,推动有利于跨国公司、眼健康领域和爱尔康定位的政策倡导。
- 参与支持促进高级别政府访问和拜访活动,协调爱尔康内部其他部门,与团队密切合作。
- 组织推进中央政府事务与市场准入的交流项目和研究项目等,与业务部门协同合作,为爱尔康业务创造有利环境。
- 与公司总部所在地各级政府部门的沟通联络,充分了解属地政府在人才、税收、总部等各方面的政策支持以及对于企业的各项要求,并及时传递给公司;协调公司各部门参加属地政府组织的各项活动、完成属地政府交办的事项;积极争取属地政府给予的各项政策优惠、补助、奖励等。
- 深入了解国家卫生健康体系、医疗服务体系、支付改革和医疗器械/药品相关政策,及时向内部提供准确及有效的信息;定期组织政策沟通和培训,形成内部通讯简报和关于政府事务和市场准入的实践经验。
- 与销售、市场部门和地方政府事务与市场准入团队协作,协调市场准入战略的实施。
- 与全球GA&MA团队沟通联络,了解总部在政府事务与市场准入方面的策略、进展,并及时传递给中国GAMA团队;搭建中国GAMA团队与总部沟通交流的平台,传递中国GAMA重点工作、策略及进展。
- 根据公司和部门的年度目标、重点工作任务设定年度工作目标并按计划落实;积极参与公司各项培训,保持学习状态,不断提高自身能力。
- 完成上级领导交办的其他项目和任务。
- 大学本科及以上学历
- 公共卫生、社会医学、医疗保障、生物医药、MBA等背景优先
- 英语(良好的口语表达能力和书写能力)优先
- 医药领域政府事务、市场准入相关岗位5年及以上工作经验,有较丰富的项目管理、政策分析和客户管理经验。
- 能够与外部组织和内部利益相关方建立有效的合作伙伴信任关系,具备洞察力和变革管理的能力。
- 沟通能力强,善于与他人合作,具有较强的团队协作精神。
- 能适应复杂或具有挑战的环境,具有较强的抗压能力和应变能力。
