- Catalyze cross-functional efforts within CMA and work with business and related divisional teams to align and implement disease-related access policy strategies resonating with the inline and pipeline product strategies to support timely access for Roche products and services in China
- Develop and optimize China access policy framework and coordinate within CMA to execute, promoting the business-friendly healthcare environment to achieve triple win for healthcare system, patient and innovation in China.
- Partnering with Global Access policy team and Roche Corporate Affair team to amply Roche's policy influences on priority access policies/initiatives.
- Cultivating and maintaining high-level stakeholder engagement with appropriate and selected international and national access policy stakeholders including government/official agencies, academic institutes and think tanks to drive and advocate positive healthcare policies to enable patient access to Roche products and services.
- Advanced degree in applied social and scientific discipline including but not limited to health policy, public health, health administration, pharmacy administration, medicine, law, business administration, economics, operational science, political science, or other relevant qualifications; Bachelor's degree may also be considered with considerable work experience and extraordinary capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities at all levels within an organization.
- Being a strong and effective team player with good credibility, growth mind and resilience in work experience and have proven skills to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner and drive the purposeful outcome.
- Being visionary and forward thinking and feel comfortable to challenge the status quo with the ability to influence and effectively drive innovative solutions and willing to take risks, accelerating time to desired results
- At least 8-year experience of health access policy influence or healthcare policy affairs roles in pharmaceutical, medical devices, diagnostics, or government/official agencies. The health customer engagement experience will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to build strong cross-functional, regional, and global partnerships and developing and implementing successful, forward-looking, proactive, comprehensive policy projects with strong knowledge of policy project management methodologies, tools, and analytics.
- Thorough understanding and significant experience of overall healthcare policy environment in China, and specifically, market access landscapes including payers, providers, and related policy stakeholders for oncology, rare disease, or specialty care at national level including public, private, and commercial dynamics preferred.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.

The Position
Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary)
This full-time position is responsible for developing China access policy framework in fitting with the access policy dynamics and prospectively developing opportunities through the collaboration with international and national access policy stakeholders, and advocate and shape positive access policy environment in alignment with corporate priorities and portfolio related strategies.
