Description
Responsibilities
1. Forecasting
-Perform monthly investment monitoring and review; Drive rolling forecast with support from HQ marketing and HQ & Regional national trade marketing team.
-PAYG tracking and monitoring
-Risk & Opportunities management
2. Controlling
-Provide closing and reporting supports
-Enhance existing A&P controlling processes and identify opportunities for improvement
-Ensure Compliant process and perform checking
-A&P projects (e.g. system optimization supporting)
3. Business analysis
-Provide support and work in close partnership with business stakeholders for performance monitoring, commercial activities pre and post analysis
-Co-lead key investment efficiency improvement and process optimization
4. Decision support
-Work cross-functionally to provide analytic supports (inno/reno projects, commercial projects) for EXCO's decision making
-Support and manage impact of business model change
Profile
Requirements
1. University degree in finance, economics or equivalen, more than 4 years experiences in FMCG/retail commercial BP or business planning & control. Prior A&P management experience preferred.
2. Demonstrate influence within/across team. Fluent in English. Team player. Self-motivator.
3. CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferable;
4. Proficiency in MS office, especially MS Excel & PPT & Power BI. Exposure to SAP R/3.
