    Overview

    This is new role proposed to support GNMU business growth through expanded CatMan scope from current 2 customers to 6 customers.

  • The scope covers MT omni-channel (offline + online) business, including Snakcs, Cereals and Be & Cherry categories
  • This role is to work with MU strategic RD customer to lead category growth solutions as well as operation model through integrating omnichannel consumer attraction, conversion and loyalty program to drive offline+online PepsiCo brands and categories growth in terms of both size and profit.
  • Initiate the CatMan projects with category growth solutions to help customer & PEP win & win in marketplace, being responsible for leading the negociation, sell in, execution and tracking to make sure joint-business plan was fully landed and excuted.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and implement insight-based omnichannel category solutions with Regional Dominator customers to drive PepsiCo brands and category sizable and profitable growth and strengthen the partnership with customers via shopper-centric omni-channel creation

  • Expand Catman scope from RD model cutomer JiaJiaYue to 4+ RD customers to drive GNMU MT growth incrementals.
  • Upgrad Catman capability from addressing category growth opportunity to delivering shopper growth solustions, from product-led store clusting assortment to shopper-led occasional assortment, from product operation to consumer operation growth strategy.
  • Translate consumer needs into channel solutions with shopper decoding, such as how to link occassional needs with right product (mental availability) , how to conduct in-store communication in each of touchpoints, how to secure effective physical availability for Health demands via BPC assortment as well as mainshelf POG one-bay strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of category management initiatives to RD cusotmers through digital tools such as AO / MTA / PepTone IR
  • Provide category development diagnosis via integrating category/market/shopper insight and retailers' sales performance
  • Develop shopper centric selling story to support JBP design and delivery.
  • Lead the agenda of category solution execution, compalince tracking and review to deliver expected business results
  • Support category management training to equip MU sales team with CATMAN capabilities;
  • Conduct external CatMan \ insight training or workshop to key customers to build strategic category partnership PepsiCo category management reputation in the industry.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachlors' degree qualified preferably in business management, statistics or marketing
  • Advanced user of Excel VBA, Access and Powerpoint
  • Good at data modeling like clustering, prediction and data tool like Python, SPSS usage is preferred
  • Strong leadership to drive agenda
  • Strong project management skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
