目的:为了落实安全、环保、消防、职业卫生法律法规及规章制度;限制条件:在安全、环保、消防、职业卫生法律法规及规章制度的限制下;
岗位存在的理由:组织、指导、控制公司安全环保工作的开展。
Responsabilidades:

1、落实公司HSE规章制度实施情况,预防及控制工伤事故的发生;
2、定期和不定期进行HSE检查、巡查,发现异常及时处置并上报,对查出的隐患/异常,提出改善建议,跟进隐患整改情况;
3、落实国家HSE方面的法律、法规、标准执行情况;
4、监督制定年度HSE培训计划及员工的培训教育;
5、组织或参与公司应急演练
6、监督公司特种作业人员及特种设备的管理;
7、参与公司安全生产风险源辨识,定期对重大危险源、安全状况进行分析、评价;
8、协助部门落实安全生产标准体系的运行并持续改进和完善;
Requisitos:
为成功履行职责, 要求具备如下技能及资质
• 相关工作领域学位
• 1~2年相似岗位工作经验优先考虑但不必须
• 愿意再安置到工作所在地
