Your tasks and responsibilities: 1.Responsible to realize the design and develop outputs in production, including creatingoperation specification, validation and verification of production process, etc. 2.Analysis defective parts and troubleshooting for failures in production line, report andactions follow up. 3.Set up and implement process control. 4.Optimize the process to obtain high quality for products, and ensure the on-time delivery, aswell. 5.As the interface between SCM and R&D / QM regarding to feasibility of production process,ensure that all relevant know-how for products has been transferred. 6.Continual monitoring the critical parameters to ensure the production quality is stable. 7.Be responsible for new product introduction to ensure the launch of product,including technical feasibility, readiness of technical file and the industrializationproposal, etc(NPI) 8.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Your qualifications and experience: 1.Minimum 3 years working experience of Engineering, preferred in medical device manufacturing or vacuumtechnology related products manufacturing2.Growth mindset, good ownership, teamwork & result written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Experience in the X-ray tube industry is preferred. Our global team:
