- Prozessoptimierung und -einführung für Informationssicherheit und Produktentwicklung (IAM, Risikomanagement, Personalsicherheit, etc.)
- Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Security-Governance-Prozessen nach etablierten Industriestandards
- Projekt- und Programmmanagement im Bereich von Cybersecurity-Strategien und -lösungen
- Leidenschaft für Digitalisierungsthemen und Informationssicherheit
- Strategische Denkweise und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Hervorragender Hochschulabschluss (MINT)
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsbereich und/oder entsprechende Projekterfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Beratungsmethoden und -werkzeuge, gängiger Informationssicherheitsstandards (z.B. ISO270XX, NIST SP 800 Serie) und IT-Management-Frameworks (z.B. ITIL, Cobit)
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch
