- 确保所辖重点连锁客户的协议签订及执行
- 确保重点连锁客户销售目标的达成
- 制定合理的费用投入计划并确保费用在预算内使用,使公司的利益最大化
- 建立良好的重点连锁客户关系,定期、高效拜访重点连锁客户
- 定期和客户回顾生意,推动合作有效执行及健康发展,并及时制定下一步工作方案
- 定期追踪客户的进销存情况,每月保持安全库存
- 根据市场竞争情况,及时制定相应市场活动并确保良好的执行
- 重点连锁客户档案及管理系统建立、维护及更新
- 及时收集并反馈重点连锁客户的信息,适时为公司管理层决策提供建议

- 与销售、商务、市场等相关团队保持密切沟通与合作,跟踪及反馈各区域代表对连锁客户活动执行情况
