Good leadship and teamwork. Regularly summary lessons learn for history non-conformities and share with team. ➢ Responsible of supplier quality control, handle daily NC, push on-stie quality improvement ➢ Coordination of identification and development of suppliers (i.e. supplier assessment; supplier selection; supplier development) ➢ Monitoring and tracking of all supplier-activities before SOP (i.e. APQP、PM procedure) ➢ Release of supplier & following procedures PPAP/FAI ➢ Coordination of reporting issues regarding suppliers (i.e. PPAP, FAI, quality, package issue etc.) ➢ Responsible for cross-checking feasibility evaluations, participating technical discussions, verifying production processes concerning capability ➢ Perform Process Audits, ➢ Supplier monitoring be held such as regularly audit, performance assessment, annual PPAP review, requalification and full dimensions verify. ➢ Supplier coaching and capability improvement. ➢ Identify and implement HSF and QC080000 requirements in the SQM process. ➢ Regularly quality performance summary and report ➢ Continuous optimize related procedures to make sure all meet the requirement. ➢ Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisors for achieving company's objectives.
