- Responsible for all internal and external public relationship & communication activities of Porsche Engineering China
- Develop and implement the local public relationship & communication strategies in close alignment with local management, global public relationship & communications team and other stakeholders in Porsche Group
- Create and implement external public relationship & communications activities towards customers, potential employees and general stakeholders that aim to build employer branding and raise awareness of the organization's impact, successes, and results both in traditional media and social media channels
- Operate and manage internal corporate communication channels to ensure an effective communication among employees
- Work with key parties, such as local and international stakeholders and the technical staff to generate new communications materials and publications, for example contribution to Porsche Engineering Magazine
- Organize internal and external company events
- Promote and deploy corporate culture
- Lead and manage the team of internal and external public relationship & communication professionals and vendors, set clear goals and provide guidance, mentorship and support to foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
- Control public relationship & communication budget
- Other tasks assigned by line-manager
- Minimum 5 years working experience in public relationship & communication, internal communication and ideally employer branding, automotive or new media operation experience is highly preferred
- Strong competence in transforming key messages into effective internal communication approach
- High analytical skills, strategic and quick thinker, strong structuring abilities
- Outgoing personality, passionate, efficient, organized, pro-active, self-motivated, high flexibility, independent working style and creative
- Good communication and interpersonal skills especially in an international working environment
- Professional with media software tools, like Xiumi, Jianying, photoshop
- Professional corporate writing and oral language skills in both English and Chinese, German is a plus
- Good team player with a service-oriented working style
