    The Consumer Right Protection Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting Consumer Right Protection Manager to establish and maintain an effective governance and framework of consumer right protection for HSBC Insurance Brokerage ("PINB").

    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

    In this role, you will:

    ·Assist Consumer Right Protection ("CRP") department to set up and maintain company-wide Consumer Rights Protection ("CRP") framework and CRP policies for PINB;

    ·Link up PINB teams, branches, as well as other HSBC supporting resources to implement CRP regulatory requirements and projects.

    ·Assist department to establish and support company-wide CRP governance platform to continuously monitor the implementation of annual CRP plan and track specific project status.

    ·Ensure all CRP regulatory and policy requirements are met by identifying owner of, or manage to deliver, specific CRP tasks, including product and service review, CRP annual report preparation and information disclosure, CRP KPI setting and assessment, and etc.

    ·Responsible for the overall planning, organization and implementation of various annual financial knowledge publicity and education activities. Supervise the implementation of financial knowledge publicity of branches. Statistics of financial publicity and education according to regulatory requirements, and prepare regulatory reports.

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    ·Relevant experience and knowledge of China environment covering regulatory and CRP issues;

    ·Ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with regulatory and internal stakeholders;

    ·Capable of distilling complex and varied information into useful, insightful and concise recommendations;

    ·Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and fluency of English is necessary;

    ·Able to co-operate stakeholders and manage different parties to work together under pressure with tight timeline.

    ·At least 3 years of financial consumer rights protection related working experience.
