- Schedule training sessions and courses by CTG for all studios within Virtuos
- Select appropriate training methods or activities to maximize participation and effectiveness
- Communicate with Training Directors to prepare and organize educational aids and materials
- Advertise training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
- Assess training effectiveness and generate reports on outcomes of all training
- Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training
- Build, maintain, and upgrade the infrastructure of CTG training database
- Provide translation support for training activities Qualifications
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive teamwork attitude and mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English, certificates of IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC are a plus
- Passion for film, video games, and arts
- Ability to stay up to date with industry news
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
- MS Office proficiency Bonus points
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in training, art and/or game development
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

To this end, we are seekingan experienced CTG Training Assistant who can join our team and help pave the waytowards our new goals.
About the positionCTG is a team of knowledge facilitators at Virtuos who work collaboratively with Art Directors, Art Producers, Game Designers, and Technical Experts on talent development.
CTG is looking for a Training Assistant to lead our employee development initiatives through hosting creative training events and educational programs. As a CTG Training Assistant, you are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting training programs across Virtuos.
