- In charge of designing and producing 3D object,scene in real-time 3D game engine.
- Improving level and map design ability through making kinds of reasonable suggestions by active participation in game design.
- Taking responsibility of management and giving training to other team members in project.
- 带队设计制作全套实时三维游戏引擎使用的物体模型以及场景;
- 通过提出各种合理化建议以积极参与游戏设计,提高关卡和地图的设计水平;
- 负责管理和培训项目组中的其他成员。 Qualifications
- College or Bachelor degree (Art related major) with at least 4 years of 3D art or design experience and also familiar with 2D art design, including design, painting ,texture etc.
- Have management experience of at least 12-15 artists team.
- Sound command of at least one 3D software (3D Max, Maya, Softimage etc.) and good knowledge of using other drawing software.
- Game software producing experience, knowledge of technical standard, restricted condition & integration art elements with game engine.
- Knowledge of every artistic style and obey the role.
- People who loves playing games and is passionate & motivated to work in Game Industry is preferred.
- 大专及以上学历艺术类相关专业,4年以上三维美术设计经验,并熟练掌握二维美术设计;
- 管理过至少12-15人美术团队;

To this end, we are seekingan experienced 三维场景美术组长 (Art Team Lead) who can join our team and help pave the waytowards our new goals.
About the positionThe Team Leader should be able to successfully manage day-to-day art production of all artists on his team, providing clear guidance and instructions and promptly communicating information from Art Director or Art Producer to all team members; take all necessary initiatives in problem solving and potential risks identification; follow production schedule providing art deliveries on time and on quality.The Team Leader report to Art Director for Art Work and to Producer for scheduling, resource, and delivery issues. The Team Leader will lead a sub-team in an art working group, and work with other sub-teams in order to guarantee the successful and smooth accomplishment of the project. In case of disagreement, they should try to resolve it through friendly discussion.
