    How you will create an impact

    • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
    • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
    • Sign for and distribute express mail, packages, policies, invoices etc.
    • Handling and answer call-in business and allocate to related DS.
    • Facilitate the paper work to obtain the approval of sales initiatives, including the events, campaigns and sales incentives.
    • Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, office equipment, phones, and office keys.
    • Help sales team for some market research, regular reporting (external /internal), salesforce coordinator, Fapiao issue solving and premium refund etc.
    • Working with Compliance staff to make sure sales activity following the regulator rules.
    • Other duties as assigned by branch senior management.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • University/College graduate with sales related experience, preferable in the insurance industry.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
    • Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Team work and good communication skills.
