- Drive the exploration and adoption of generative AI techniques to enhance our product offerings and create new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate emerging technologies into existing processes and to develop new solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, data analytics, metaverse, and interconnected technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and partners to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaborative projects.
- Oversee the execution of research and development projects, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, nurturing their professional growth and expertise.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management, effectively communicating the potential and impact of emerging technologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the group's processes, efficiency, and effectiveness to drive innovation and business growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Substantial experience in artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative AI, and a proven track record of successful project outcomes.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a technology-driven environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, metaverse technology, and interconnected technologies, with practical experience in applying these concepts to real-world problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks, data analysis tools, and metaverse platforms.
- Knowledge of industry standards, ethical considerations, and data privacy regulations in the field of emerging technologies.
