- Be able to design the layout of the production line
- Prepare the instruction for assembly, test and final inspection.
- Make sure the workers to follow the instruction
- Prepare and balance the parts location for each line
- Be responsible for define the tooling (assembly, package, transport)
- Be responsible for fixture design with ergonomics.
- Be responsible for the new project phasing in.
- Be responsible for CIP project together with team.
- Take care of the quality situation on the line.
- Take care of the 5S and safety on production line and the environment.
- Help production leader to push output and improve delivery performance.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or industry
- Good command of English ability, familiar with CAD and general software.
- More than 2 years working experience in concerned technical field.
- More than 1 year project management experience
- Good communication skills and self-motivation.
