    Create PO in SAP system based on approved PR, and send to approved vendors or inter-company, report and manage open PO with vendors or inter-company and materials' planner regularly .

    Communicate with vendors or inter-company to make sure on time delivery and forecast the suppliers' risks to superior in time, stock taking twice year.

    Implement 3-way matching and submit to finance in time. Support finance department to check AP balance between Manitowoc and vendors regularly.

    Communicate and manage the difference between PR, PO and actual delivery status with commodity manager and materials' planner in time.

    Requirement:


    • Technical secondary school and above

    • Strong communication skills and interpersonal, oral and written skills are required.

    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

    • Strong problem solving ability.

    • Fluent oral and written English at least CET4 for international buyers
