3、负责超前净水领域行业课题的创意导入和项目开发;
4、负责净水专项能力建设,通过培训、技术指导等方式培养净水人才 任职要求 1、在相关企业从事净水技术研发15年以上工作经验,净水机、软水、纳滤、反渗透膜组件工作经验丰富;
2、有带团队经验,具有较强的领导力、沟通能力和项目管理能力;
3、能准确把握所负责领域产品的技术发展趋势,洞察所负责领域的最新技术动向,主导输出过创新性的项目方案;
4、主导过反渗透膜组件、净水机、热水器软水洗浴相关超前技术课题研发,且相关产品已转化上市,取得市场份额较大提升的实际效果 工作地点
